More Details: 1988 Ford E350 Sportsmobile 4×4 Van
This a recreational vehicle (RV) conversion camper van with a Sportsmobile Penthouse Top. It is 4×4 and has all the standard RV systems except a permanent toilet. I bought this van in California, drove it to Virgina the following month in July 2012, and now live in North Carolina. It has always only been used for camping. It is licensed as a van and not an RV.
Mileage is just over 76k on the odometer. Noted below the engine was recently pulled and all gaskets were replaced as a preventative measure. There is no way to tell if the odometer has rolled over and while the age may indicate that it should have, it looks and drives like the 76K is accurate.

Transmission and Transfer Case fluid and filter change.

Nations 300 amp alternator (about 200 miles ago)
Battery, Starter, and Solenoid (about 100 miles ago)

Raptor Liner on roof in summer 2014 (tinted Jeep JK sahara tan)

Weather stripping on rear door
Heater Core in spring 2013
Radiator and fan clutch in 2011 (previous owner)
What it needs:
One of the screens in the Penthouse top is ripped (front driver side)
In addition to replacing all the camping systems inside the van, I have had a lot of mechanical work done. I had intended to keep the van, but as the story goes, life priorities have changed.
