Ford E350 Class B Camper Van
Ford Fiesta by Vehicle Concepts
1984 model with 102,000 miles on the gas V8 460 engine
transmission is the automatic Ford C6 with only 37,000 miles
Runs and drives very well. Current inspection/registration. Clean Texas title.
4 new tires and front wheel bearings just replaced at NTB (brakes checked out good while there)
This floorplan has a side bath instead of typical rear bath that most of these models have. That leaves room for a rear dinette area as well as opening up the center isle of the van for loading and storing gear from the rear of the van like mountain bikes or kayaks, etc. The “side bath” is a very small wet bathroom closet. It has a flush toilet and a has hand shower and floor drain.
Cabover bunk that expands to a bed.
Side couch that the back flips for use as a bed.
Rear dinette that will actually sit 4 people (also folds into sleeping area)
Both front captains chairs swivel around to the rear.
Table/pole can be moved to couch area.
Lots of recent work/remodel has this camper van ready to use.
New corian countertops with large stainless sink and cutting board cover for sink.
New house battery. Van battery OK but probably needs replacement sometime.
100% LED lighting inside
New blackwater tank. New dump valves on grey and black tanks.
New roof vent with power fan.
New bathroom vent with power fan.
2 new tank vents on roof
Roof repainted. No leaks.
All van/camper windows new felt scrapers/seals
All van doors new rubber seals
New van stereo with bluetooth that can be powered by van or house battery.
Van AC converted to R134 (Rebuilt compressor, new expansion valve/accumulator, system flushed recharged).
Roof AC runs R410a Freon.
Ducted propane furnace (thermostat and fan working but burner does not ignite). Do you really need that kind of heat in Texas?
Propane hot water heater.
Fresh water tank.
Refrigerator (works on propane and 12volt, but the 120v element not working. Replacement part $80)
Original generator was removed by a previous owner. Van still wired for one so easy to add a new one.
Outside of van has plenty of minor scratches, dings, and peeling stripes but the interior is in nice condition (but carpet is worn and faded). The van has plenty of life left in it. Runs and drives great. Easy to work on and easy to modify/change to make it the way you want it. These Class B vans are not high speed, long distance cruisers. It can go 70 mph but not for long distance. Real highway cruise speed is best around 60 mph, partly due to gearing of the transmission and partly due to the aerodynamics of the high top van. Not designed to get there fast, but to have fun when you get there.
